Summary

The focus of this two-year prospective evaluation (N=500) is to determine the perceptions of impact and use of the Parent Information KIT (KIT: Keeping it Together™) in pediatric rehabilitation settings. Participants in this study include families with children who vary in their age, diagnosis, severity of symptoms, age of diagnosis, location, and in the type of services/systems they are involved with.

All participants are being asked to complete a pre-Kit questionnaire, as well as other feedback questionnaires regarding the use of the KIT in various settings/contexts at different points over the course of one year.
